ICICI Direct - Technical Error - 18.03.2021 / Eaten our Money

Dear Sirs/ Madam,

Good day to you.

Today again I faced technical problem and not able to close my position ( margin plus broker mode ). I tried to reach my customer relationship head and ask him to help me from 14.25  to 15.12 today. He said, it’s technical issue - I can inform to back end team to check it and do the needful. Finally your great company closed the position at 15.11.46 on your own time @ market price ( IN LOSS ). 




- Cover Profit order - I’m not able to mention because that button was not enabled 
- My EOS also working
- Not able to close the position based on market price before your automatic closure. Because that option also working.
- Your company again tied our hands and played again. Don’t give reason as technical error again n again.
- if it’s happening only once it’s ok. If the technical error happening again and again. It’s offence. It’s equity market 
Trading. Lot of money and time involved in this process. Need proper attention and immediate action. 


Today it comes down till 575.5 before market automatic closure. Whatever may be the screenshot I took it, I’m sharing with your company for your reference:- 



Last time also, your company not ready to accept the reality  and push me to accept the loss. Not ready to accept my stand point and provide the profit money also. I accepted your offer and received refund also because I’m not having energy to fight with your company. Spent nearly 3000rs get the refund back. 

Today also again I faced the technical issues because of your company and facing loss. 

At least this time, I need proper judgement and action this time. 
I’m not able to accept your market closure loss. I need justice and compensation also.
