ICICI Direct - Technical Error - 18.03.2021 / Eaten our Money
18.03.2021 Dear Sirs/ Madam, Good day to you. Today again I faced technical problem and not able to close my position ( margin plus broker mode ). I tried to reach my customer relationship head and ask him to help me from 14.25 to 15.12 today. He said, it’s technical issue - I can inform to back end team to check it and do the needful. Finally your great company closed the position at 15.11.46 on your own time @ market price ( IN LOSS ). - Cover Profit order - I’m not able to mention because that button was not enabled - My EOS also working - Not able to close the position based on market price before your automatic closure. Because that option also working. - Your company again tied our hands and played again. Don’t give reason as technical error again n again. - if it’s happening only once it’s ok.
