ICICI Direct / Securities Money Eating Play Using NSE HALT - 24.02.2021 #NeedJustice

Greetings. 
Thanks for your time and response. 

Just for your information :
-  it’s happened on 24.02.2021 not yesterday ( 10.03.2021). 
- You received verbal communication from NSE :- Great. We are in the technology world + it’s equity market trading business. It’s pure money involved business. They shared with you verbally ? 

  How you shared with customer ? I’m keep on calling my relationship manager - he was not aware about anything also. I called him n number of times. No update from him also. I checked your companies website also no update. I’m using WhatsApp icici direct support + sms also. I’m not received any update from your company. 

Your company not followed any of your commitments 

- as per your email response you said that - you closed all positions at 4pm. The reality was your company closed the position only at 4.33pm on that day.  


On 24th February, at around 10.06 IST, NSE exchange feeds for Nifty, Bank Nifty and other indices stopped across all brokerage firms in India, and subsequently, at around 11.40 IST NSE completely halted the trading. This was recorded as due to a technical glitch. 

With that as a triggering point, ICICI direct not provided any updates till 15.00.

They twitted at 15.01

If NSE doesn’t start anytime before 3 pm, for all intraday positions in Margin broker mode and Margin Plus, reverse position in BSE will be taken to square off your positions starting 3 pm today.

Why your great company not closed the position at 3pm based on your first Twitter message ? At that bse price is 



It’s in profit only. Your great company not closed the position. 
After that no updates related to margin plus broker mode position closure.

Second twit message at 15.31

NSE will open for trading in cash and derivatives from 3.30 pm and open till 5 pm

I try to close the position. Options are not enabled and working from my end. I called my relationship manager also, he also tried it’s not happened. At that time the price is 



Third Twitter message at 15.50

NSE has resumed trading and cancelled all pending orders. Your positions in NSE in Margin plus, Margin broker mode, Future plus, Future plus with stop loss and Option Plus, Currency SLTP without having corresponding stop loss orders will be squared off at 4 pm.

As per your third Twitter message - automatic closing from icici direct at 4pm- at that time nse price is 



Your company icici direct disabled the option to close the position. As a customer I try to close it on my own, options are not enabled. I tried via my icici direct relationship manager, not able to close.

icici direct closed the position on own at 16:33:48 with huge loss.




Hope I provided all details with proper screen shot and proof. 

Actually on that day -24.02.2021 

If you close the position at 15.00 pm as per your Twitter message :- profit is RS.5.15 per share


If the normal trade happened on that day my profit is 618.2-603 =RS. 15.2 per share 


If you close the position at 15.10 means - 618.2-614.65= RS. 3.55 profit per share 


If you closed the position at 16.00 as per your second Twitter message :- 622.8-618.2 = RS.4.6 per share was my loss 


After NSE opened at 3.45pm , if your great company allowed me to close the position means - 619.6-618.4 = RS.1.4 per share loss. Option to close the position is disabled


Your company not followed any of your committments or message. Not allowed us to square off also. Closed position based on your comfort at 16.43- 642.6-618.2 = RS. 24.40 per share loss.

- as per your email response you said that - you closed all positions at 4pm. The reality was your company closed the position only at 4.33pm on that day.  


As a female/ lady, involved in equity trading market with risk only. If it’s my mistake, I can accept the loss. Im not done any mistake here, it’s all your companies ( icici direct / securities ) technical issues.

 

Your company stolen my hard earned from my bank account and harassing me.

 

Im keep on calling your customer care from 24.02.2021 to till today. Everyday - minimum 5 times maximum 23 times. Call duration :- minimum time 14 plus minutes maximum 55 times. I sent lot of emails and Twitter messages also. Your great company not at all care about customer and giving bullshit response. 

 


They are eaten our money and not care about that. I sent email to coo, ceo- Mr.Vijay Chandok, Mr.Anup Bagchi, Mr.Raju Nanwani , helpdesk, head service quality, CC to sebi, nse and board of directors. 

 

It’s mental harassment.  

I need justice,

 

- why they are not closed position at 3pm

 - why they are not closed the position and holding till 3.30 sharing about NSE opening time

 - after that they twitted at 15.50 closing position at 16.00 why they are not done it

- why they disabled the option to close the positions on our own ?

- why they waited till 16.33 and closed the position on own ? 

Having said that, aim this petition to get an acknowledgement followed by an revert our money back  by Icici direct / securities for the blunder created on 24th and to be resolved by compensating the losses solely created by so-called technical - Risk Management System of Icici direct/ securities.

This is to inform you that trading was halted on NSE for all segment yesterday. Please note that, as per verbal confirmation from NSE officials all pending / unexecuted / stop loss orders placed in Equity, FNO and Currency segment was cancelled by the NSE exchange. 
 
Further, it was informed to all our customers that NSE has resumed trading and cancelled all pending orders. Your positions in NSE in Margin Plus, Margin Broker mode, Future Plus, Future Plus Stop Loss and Option Plus, Currency SLTP without having corresponding SL orders will be squared off at 4PM. We regret for the inconvenience, however we would be unable to compensate/refund any amount in this case.
